Lease Subsidy Grant

This is a grant program through the City of Daytona Beach that seeks to incentivize through matching grants to encourage the growth of existing businesses in the city-defined Redevelopment Areas, as well as encourage the relocation of businesses to this area. Up to 3 months' rent for a minimum of one year lease may be awarded.
